After five successful years as a Comfort Advisor, he now leads the sales team, bringing energy, experience, and a passion for customer service. An active guy with a love for golf and hockey, Jake also enjoys hitting the gym and tackling projects around the house. He comes from a close family, is soon to be an uncle, and is a big animal lover—especially when it comes to meeting customers’ pets on the job.

Victoria has been a key part of the Handy Bros. team for over 5 years, and in that time, she’s done just about everything. From cleaner, reception, and dispatch to Human Resources, Service Lead, Executive Assistant, and now VP of Customer Experience, she’s worn more hats than most—and knows the ins and outs of the company like few others. Coming from a big family with four brothers, Victoria has always been close with her dad and looks forward to one day owning a big Doberman Pinscher once she buys a house. While she claims she doesn’t have many hobbies, she enjoys going for walks, working out, and even mowing the lawn—anything that gets her moving and outside.

Kaitlyn Vanpuymbroeck

Kaitlyn began her journey with Handy Bros. in 2022, starting as an on-call dispatcher. Looking for a balance between career and family life, she transitioned into a part-time office role in dispatch before stepping into the role of Warehouse Team Lead in 2023—bringing much-needed organization and admin support to the team. In 2025, Kaitlyn officially became Human Resource Director, where she now supports the people and culture that drive Handy Bros. forward. Before joining the Handy Bros. team, Kaitlyn built a successful career in nursing, earning her license in 2011—a qualification she proudly maintains to this day. A proud mom to twin boys and a loving bonus mom to a teenager, Kaitlyn thrives on time spent outdoors, camping, and making memories with her family. She grew up in Kingsville and is a lifelong animal lover, sharing her home with two cats—Todd and Duke.

Eric Vanpuymbroeck

Eric brings a wealth of hands-on experience and technical expertise to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Handy Bros. Holding three trade tickets—Gas Fitter 1, Sheet Metal, and Industrial Refrigeration—he’s a true industry pro who’s always looking for innovative ways to push the company forward. Previously serving in Business Development, Eric’s deep understanding of both the technical and strategic sides of the business makes him a vital part of the leadership team. Outside of work, Eric is a proud dad to three boys, including a set of twins. He and his family love spending time outdoors, especially camping during the summer and fall. While biking and gaming are hobbies he hasn’t had much time for lately, he still enjoys diving into unique, off-the-wall projects—whether at home or at work.

Morgan Robbins

Morgan has been with Handy Bros. for 8 years, starting in install before moving into service, where he spent 5 years honing his technical skills. After spending time in in-house training, he found his true passion in operations and now leads the charge as Vice President of Triple A Fulfilment, ensuring seamless project execution and quality control. Ken White

Ken joined Handy Bros. 5 years ago, stepping directly into the role of Chief Financial Officer with over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance. His depth of knowledge and steady leadership have played a key role in guiding the company’s financial growth. A proud father of six—several of whom work alongside him at Handy Bros.—Ken enjoys spending his free time outdoors, gardening and tending to his property. He also has a passion for video and photography, always finding creative ways to capture life’s moments.

Wes White

Wes has been with Handy Bros. for over 7 years, having grown through nearly every level of the company. He started as a 17-year-old co-op student in the install department, earning his G2 gas license while still in high school. From there, he joined the team full-time, became a crew leader, and led an install crew for almost 6 years—all while earning his Refrigeration Journeyman certification. About a year and a half ago, Wes moved into the shop to take on the Fabrication Lead role (or “Chief Chiseler”) under Eric’s management. After passing that position to Omar, he stepped into Warehouse and Production Manager for a few months—still under Eric’s leadership. Today, Wes has taken on a major leadership role as VP of AAA Production, continuing the legacy that Eric built before him. Outside of work, Wes is a proud dog dad to Buck, enjoys golfing in the summer and playing hockey in the winter. He was married just over a year ago and loves spending quality time with his wife.

Sheldon White

Sheldon has been a key part of Handy Bros. for over 8 years. He started as a service technician, worked his way up to Service Manager, moved into dispatch, and now leads the department as VP of Service. Known for his steady leadership and deep knowledge of the field, Sheldon plays a vital role in keeping the service side of the business running smoothly. Married for over 4 years, Sheldon keeps things simple outside of work—he’s a hockey fan and enjoys the game whenever he gets the chance.

Mitch White

Mitch has been a valued member of the Handy Bros. team for over 9 years. He began his journey in the installation department, quickly rising through the ranks into management, where he successfully led multiple departments. In 2018, Mitch and his brother Nic took ownership of Handy Bros., continuing the legacy with a fresh vision—Home Comfort Done Differently. Mitch is happily married to his beautiful wife, Jessica, and is a proud, devoted father. He began as a service technician, transitioned into sales, and worked his way into leadership—eventually becoming the company’s Chief Operating Officer. A proud St. Clair College Alumni of Distinction, Nic is also an avid plant lover and self-declared coffee connoisseur. Handy Bros installed my HVAC system today and I can't say enough about how extremely pleased I am with this team and the job they did for me. From start to finish, it was perfect. Each representative and technician I dealt with were exceptional. They patiently explained everything to me making sure that I understood. Just truly good, friendly, respectful people. The day of the installation, I didn't quite understand how the unit would sit on the existing cement pad or on the plastic pad which they provide. So, Dave and Brandon placed the unit on the existing cement pad, then lifted it to put the plastic pad down and place the unit on it, just so that I can see and make my decision. OMG!!! And they were so patient doing all this. I felt so bad to put them through all that but, they assured me that it was okay because they wanted me to be to be sure with my decision.
I highly recommend this company.

I was a bit reluctant to try Handy Bros because I was thinking a larger company which advertises a lot would be like a Big Box store: Volume sales=lower prices=lower wages=high employee turnover=poor quality. I was wrong! The whole process of ordering and installing my central AC unit was nothing less than great experience. The installers were very professional, very neat and explained everything they did. Communication was excellent with the company. I'd give them a 5 star rating.

I understand that at times one has to wait in the answering que, but while on hold i had to listen to what was virtually an advertisement for Handy Bros. I must admit that after my not so good comment about the recording I had to listen to while waiting for customer service to answer, I was surprised to get a call back telling me that they heard me and removed the recording. Thank you.
Handy Bros has always given me prompt excellent service and I have no complaints and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Candace, a Technician from Handy Bros came to our home recently to carry out an annual inspection and service on our furnace. We asked her to do additional tasks cleaning the burners and the fan impeller. All the work was completed with thoroughness and we were provided with before and after photographs. I believe this additional work will extend the life of the furnace.
