Jenn was my technician. She’s really knowledgeable, knows what she’s doing. Called ahead and offered me a coffee before arriving at my property. She was on time and very efficient.

Josh D was our tech today meet hlm at the door with a hand shake and a welcome. Josh asked about a litte backgound info on the problem we are having. I explained the problem and Jossh went and started his investigation on the furnace. Apone his Investigation he found the problem was corrected it after nearly 2.5 hours. After finding the problem Josh checked both cold air and hot air temp all was good . Josh was very dedicated in finding the problem amd very informative about his investigation. Very glad the problem ls corected thanks to Josh

I contacted them online and they came the same day. I didn't have a repair. I just wanted an inspection, maintenance and cleaning of my furnace . Andrew Russell came and he was great. He was polite and concerned about keeping my house clean. He did the inspection and cleaning of my HVAC and did a great job. I liked him very much. I would highly recommend Handy Bros and Andrew! A lovely lady called me from the office the next morning to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. They seem to me to be a great company! I also bought a membership in their maintenance plan.

Everything about this visit was first rate - from the friendly and professional office staff booking the appointment to the work itself. The technician, Jenn showed up right at the scheduled time for the maintenance work. She messaged me she was on her way and offered to bring me a coffee or tea!! Handy Brothers is a very respectful company when they enter your home. Andrew Bezaire was the Technician doing our maintenance check. He was extremely friendly, kind. He even called to see if I wanted a coffee from Tim Hortons. 😁 Now thats what I call going beyond for a customer. He cleaned up after himself, when he needed to use our stuff he respectfully put it all back. After the maintenance check was done, he explained everything in details what was all done. If I could give 10 stars to Handy Bros I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING THEM DO YOUR UNIT! Because of the knowledge that each technician comes into your home with.

We had Austin out to do our AC maintenance and I just couldn’t believe how hard he works. Our AC was really rough as we didn’t realize how important maintenance was but he showed us how much of a big difference it makes! Thank you so much Austin and handy bros for the exceptional experience and thorough work!
Our furnace completey stopped heating yesterday and we called Handy Bros. Within 2 hrs they showed up. Matt was very informative and explained everything he was doing so well I knew every step of the process. He got my heat to work in a short amount of time and found the problem very quickly. 10/10 I will be recommending this company and will be my go to company for all of my furnace needs.

Best company we've ever dealt with. Installation was hassle-free, and regular maintenance makes it worry-free. The staff is top notch, from the office to the techs. We have saved money on our monthly bills, too! We recommend them to all our friends.

This was a good choice on our part very good workmanship very neat tidy well mannered technicians very clean and helpful and explaining how the units run but one of the nice is their workmanship on the outside is run nice and straight and clean. Everything works well. very happy with the service and the customer service and the sales rep all very informative and straightforward.

Called Handy Bro's to inspect tankless water heater due to water leaking. Handy bro's came out within 24 hours to inspect and provide options. Very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an HVAC company.
Handy bros. Did the work on time exactly how we wanted it and that worked for them. Installers could not have been any better. Knowledgeable and super friendly . Would give there company 10 stars if I could.
We had our heat pump system installed in a very tight difficult space that they had sent one more installer to help the original 2 installers. The install had taken 4 hours the first day and then about 13 hours the following day. The three of them worked so hard and solved any challenges that they encountered where likely other installers would have given up multiple times. The three of them worked so well with respect for each other and tried to have during the install fun even though it was painfully difficult. They showed perseverance throughout the time even at times of giving up for the day. Keep up the good work to satisfy your client. Thank you Brett, Jakota and Lexter!

5 star experience across the board. We first met with Anthony for an in-home consult which was highly informative. There was no pressure and he laid out all of our options for swapping out for a new furnace, A/C, and water heater.
On install day we were greeted by Spencer, Bryce, and Ernesto. These guys were highly professional, friendly, and very caring for their surroundings. Our furnace room was left cleaner than when they arrived. The work is high quality and Spencer took the time to explain everything in detail once it was complete. Thanks guys!!

After a routine maintenance of our heating and cooling systems a problem was detected on our tankless water heater. After going through all the options between repair or replace, we decided to replace. Handy Bros came the day after to install the new heater. The technicians were friendly and professional explaining things as they went along and asking for our input and opinions on how we would like the job done. Upon completion they did a thorough job of cleaning up after the installation and left no mess behind and made sure we knew how to operate the new tankless water heater. They did an A+ job

From first contact to install HB was wonderful to deal with. Martin stuck with us and answered a million questions over nearly a year before we decided to replace our system. The customer care team answered all questions with care and patience and helped guide us through the Greener Homes Loan process. The installers were wonderful on the day of install. Overall, a great experience.

When I call them, they sent me a strange guy named "Andrew Rusell" who played scam and sales tactic in using Safety Issue.
This guy just rushed into my home basement when I told him to stop investigate my Machine, and reported my "good working machine" as dangerous one. And he reported to Gas company to cut off gas. I asked other company for second opinion.
This "Andrew" asked me $1500 for repair, and my other service company asked me just fraction of that, ($90). My machine was repaired within 5 minute by other service man.
Never call HB, specially "Andrew Russel". Never open your Heat and cooling machine in basement to this guy, he will report safety report to Essex and Enbrige to scare you.
Luckilly, we have other good service companies in Leamington !!

5-stars isn't enough. This team works incredibly hard to deliver the quality standard that they do, at the price they are able to, and in the speed of which they are able to deliver it. Hats off to them. They restored my cooling in the hottest two weeks of the year... the crew was the most driven group I've ever seen... I am impressed, and that takes a lot. Thanks HB.

She diagnosed a serious issue (gas leak) that had been present since probably install and was not taken seriously prior and we were told it was nothing to worry about . Handy Bros is our go to for all our heating and cooling needs. Our experience in the two service visits that we have had from them were exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt trust worthy and the technician was very personable and respectful of our home. We would highly recommend this company without caveats.

Installers did a fantastic job installing the equipment. All the plumbing and electrical is neatly ran up the walls and ceiling, and secured in place. Managed to get everything installed in just the one day. They cleaned up when they were done, and walked me through how to use and maintain equipment. The only issue I had is they wired the tankless hot water heater into an existing junction box that is controlled by a switch. Otherwise, everything is expertly installed and the install crew was very professional.

I unfortunately had my furnace quit on us last week. I read reviews on companies that install furnace and we decided to go with Handy Bros. Eric came to my house the very next day and explained all my options. Once we fully committed, their installers came in. Very profetional individual and they were here early morning and by the afternoon we had heat. Very impressed with the entire Handy Bros. team

Great experience! Matt explained all details concerning my furnace and what type of filter I should be using. Also explained when the heat pump should be running as the temp drops outside. Matt set up my thermostat so the gas will kick in when the heat pump can not keep up with the extreme cold. New system, so therefore, learning curve!
Love the heat pump....my bills have dropped and I would recommend it.

We were really happy with all aspects of our dealings with Handy Bros. Our furnace, heat pump, and tankless water heater were installed today, they did a professional job, and did a huge job in 1 day. The installation team did a great job cleaning up after the job was done, there was little to no evidence that there was a big installation today. The reception staff that I talked to was super calming and kind when I was quite upset and cold at 6am when my furnace stopped working overnight. Our technician was super kind when they came to fix our furnace. It was a simple fix and they even gave us some future tips to look for to help us.
