We were considering changing our traditional/old hot water tank into the new tankless equipment. After researching & speaking with several HVAC companies we found that Handy Bros. gave us the most knowledgeable response. They gave us time & understood our concerns regarding the age of our home & plumbing. The technicians arrived on time. quietly & efficiently worked towards completion of a very big job. We were pleased to have these professionals working in our home.

Karim Came to my home to check on a gas leak. He was very respectful and thorough. He repaired the leak and Inspected all other gas valves in my home. Karim was very informative and explained all details of the repair. I commend handy brothers for their excellent response as well as Karim on his excellent work.

Handy Bros were great from the start dealing with Scott Parker then the installation crew answered all questions and explained the new tankless hot water heater very well.

Mine was in Chatham (not Woodstock) but Kelly, the technician they sent out, was exceptional. He knew his stuff and was happy to explain everything he was doing. In the end my 20-year-old A/C unit was operating within spec and needed no extra parts, and I'm confident it will continue to work great.
Jonathan provided excellent service. Service professional, friendly and he is very knowledgeable. Left all areas very clean. Enjoyed having him in our home.

Handy Bros is excellent at communicating with clients. They explain everything in detail. Their technician, Nicholas, was professional and efficient when assessing our (now defunct) water heater. He provided my husband with information on the installation and payment plans available for a new water heater. We really appreciate it.

Very professional guys,cleaned up at the end of the day,and yes the unit works great,nice and cool too early to tell how the heat pump works still too hot out side

Brett, Omar and Ty arrived early, with a smile, worked hard, and finished early. They were professional and friendly, and answered all our questions. They cleaned up nicely, and took everything with them. The Endura heat pumps we had installed, easily took care of our climate control issues in three different areas of our home. HandyBros has come through for us, and they are truly home comfort control specialists! We highly recommend this company. 💯👏

I recently had a tankless hot water system installed by Handy Bros and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the service was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
The installation was completed neatly and on schedule and Adam took the time to explain how everything worked and answered all of my questions/concerns. It was evident that he cared about attention to detail and quality. The whole team involved was courteous, respectful of our home, and left the work area spotless.
I would highly recommend Handy Bros to anyone considering a tankless hot water system, furnace or heat pump. Excellent workmanship, great customer service, and an overall outstanding experience from a local family owned business.

The team was great, arriving early to assess my space. There were challenges because of my old house but I was kept informed. Everyone was courteous and they swept and vacuumed before they left.

We had a wonderful experience with Handy Bros this morning when they came to replace our water heater. They arrived earlier than expected, which was a fantastic surprise!
The entire experience was professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain each step to both my husband and me, made sure we understood what was happening, and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing excellent service and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the process.
We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Handy Bros. Excellent communication, professionalism, and service! 👏🏻

I have had duct cleaning and maintenances done and every interaction with every tech has been absolutely AMAZING! We are having a ductless install tomorrow and excited to see how it goes!
The install was clean, efficient, ans they were able to get things up and running properly. They were clear about the install, and it was a big job - every person involved knocked it out of the park. We're happy with everything done, from the initial consultation to the install right to the clean up. 10/10 would highly recommend. Their dispatch group is also top notch, I hear thst Jason guy is amazing to work with too. Best company ever.

He also went above and beyond with the little things. He placed our old water heater exactly where I asked, adjusted the exterior vents for us, and while working he noticed a potential fire hazard with our dryer vent that we weren’t aware of and made sure to bring it to our attention. I really appreciated him taking the time to point that out.

There isn't another company I would ever call after discovering this one. From the big things that matter to me like showing up the same day at the scheduled time (since I have dealt with no-shows from other companies), actually educating me on the issue in a way I would understand, being transparent...to the smaller details like leaving my home clean the way they found it. The trust has been established from my first call.

The technician who came out to diagnose our AC and furnace system was incredible. He was friendly, had great interpersonal communication skills, and did his work diligently while still communicating with me, the customer, about all the steps he was taking. He also gave us professional recommendations on what we should do next with our system. If every technician and worker at Handy Bros is as friendly and diligent as the one who came out, I would recommend the company to anyone.

Installed a tankless water heater - tech showed up on time and ready to go - it was a tight, tricky spot we needed the tankless installed, took longer but no issues and no complaints. Walked me through how it all works and cleaned up like he was never there. I won’t deal with anyone else when it comes to HVAC. Thank you Handy Bros.
