In all my life of dealing with service calls, Nicholas was by far the most professional and prompt to resolve my issue. He is one wonderful guy that I cannot recommend enough. He pinpointed the issue way quicker than I expected and helped me get a fix. Him and Handy Bros didn’t charge me or made me feel like they didn’t want to help. Au contraire, they took my issue very seriously and booked me an appointment the next day. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs water:hearing:AC solutions for their home!!
Had the pleasure of meeting Spencer today as he came to do a tune-up on my furnace. He really seems like a nice genuine down to earth guy. The type of guy you could shoot the crap and have a beer with. He went through the work he did and carefully explained other services they offered and was honest and upfront as far the cost of other things such as warranties etc. and letting me know of possible issues that may arise with my 18 year old furnace. He also gave me a discount on his services today which I really appreciated. I highly recommend handy bros and Spencer.
We first met with Comfort Advisor Randy, a very friendly individual who took the time to ensure our needs were met. He walked us through our options for furnace, AC and water heater and keeping us informed about costs, reliability and possible rebates.
Once Randy helped us choose our products, he was sure to make us aware about the warranty and service plans along with the next steps in regards to installation. He was also easy to get in touch with after and answer my follow up questions.
Nick, Taylor and JR arrived early and on time to install our new furnace and heat pump/ac combo and tankless water heater. They were all very friendly and made sure that they took the time to meet my wife and I to introduce themselves.
They kept us informed every step of the way and made quick work of the project. They worked seamlessly together to get the old system out and new system in.
Esteban came to clean our ductwork and was very punctual and professional. Upon arrival, with his friendly personality and experience, walked us through the procedure and reinforced our expectations.

Nicholas showed up on time, upon arrival he was very pleasant and informative. He went through all the aspects of today’s service and even showed me before and after pictures of everything he did. This was a great experience today and one of reasons why we left reliance, I felt like someone cares and not just another service call, thank you Nicholas.
I had Paul from Handy Bros do a furnace service for me today. He was a very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable guy! He answered any questions I had and I’m sure he went above and beyond what was expected! I would highly recommend him and Handy Bros!
My wife and I decided to have our furnace looked at as we've owned our home for 2.5 years but haven't had a tech go over it. Tech came out (I'm sorry I'm blanking on the name 🙈) and went through everything in the furnace. Was very thorough with pictures and cleaning was answered all of my questions and even explained everything he was doing. To be expected with a 16 year old furnace it had quite a few parts that were going and someone parts more important than others. He gave us cost options for fixing but also was kind enough to let us know that even if we fix it up there's no guarantee something else might go and for the cost of replacing the whole unit might be something to look into. Same day we met with Marshall on the sales team and he went through everything with us for options, including different add-ons and financing plans. We decided on doing a complete replacement of all utilities including water heater to have a fresh start and peace of mind. I would like to add that at no point did either of these two make us feel pressured into buying anything, tho the coffee on arrival definitely helped away the choice (jk, but was a lovely thing to get).
The following week we had a duct cleaning followed by the full install a few days later by JR and his team. Again they were incredibly professional and had the job done in no time flat. Every question answered and all devices explained (including the deacaling of the tankless water heater). I would highly recommend Handybros if you are looking for quality customer service, great units/devices and a customer first mentality.

My mom is a senior citizen on a very tight budget. Handy Bros advertised a special on furnace service. When he serviced the furnace, the tech said there was a small leak on her 17 year old furnace. However, there’s no carbon monoxide in her air. The tech told her replacing that part would be over $1200 and he’s reported it to the gas company. If she doesn’t replace that part or the whole furnace, her gas will be cut off. I feel it’s a dirty way of selling an old lady a new furnace!
My furnace has been running smoothly since their service. I had been using Reliance previous and my furnace started making weird loud noises when I turned the heater back on in the winter time. I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference since Handy Bros came to inspect and fix it. No noises and heats better too.

I was looking for HVAC company to have preventative maintenance on my furnace came cross HB which replied my call straight away no hold the lune very professional customer service. Nicolas tech came on time as scheduled, very knowledgeable, professional. He checked every part of my furnace getting it ready for winter walked me through each step he is doing very impressive, and for my surprise he brought little vacuum to clean inside and wiped everything waw amazing.

If I wanted two of the same items I put in today I would definately call Handy Bros. From the duct cleaning to the installation of the equipment the Guy's were professional, polite and were there for any questions. I got a new furnace and heat pump. I wish I could show pictures but I'm not sure how to do that all in all great guy's, great company.
Outstanding customer service that went above in beyond. Matt helped my elderly mother turn her furnace on after she had it installed by a fraudulent company. He eased her mind and walked through every step with her. Handybros has an incredible process for service calls. We received a two hour window, same day that we called with an issue. We then got a text with a profile of the mechanic that would be coming to her home, which puts so many people at ease! Before Matt arrived, he called and made sure he had the correct address and went over the issue we were having to ensure he knew what to do when he arrived.
After the appointment, I received emailed with a full write up of everything that done. It’s all of the details like this that really set them apart from their competitors.

When your AC dies in the heat we are currently having it is worrisome! I was able to contact Handybrothers at 7 pm on a Friday night and they came out by 11 am on Saturday (my appt was scheduled between 11 and 1 pm). The service technician (Andrew) was so courteous (and even offered to bring me a coffee)! Truly amazed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended!!!

The guys and girls at this company should be recognized and saluted for the incredible effort that they put in. The weather out there (this is the hottest couple weeks on record) is INSANE, and to have them restore my AC overnight, that is incredible. Every other company wouldn't even return my calls. Not only were they efficient, but the work was the best I've ever seen. I know a furnace isn't much to look at... but man, they make it look so good. I've never seen anything like it. Very much appreciated! I see your hard work and love the experience I received!

Andrew was great. He discovered a severe potentially dangerous issue with our very old furnace and now we are having it replaced. Not great for our wallets but our lives are more important. Thank God for their thorough inspection and knowledge. They didn't even bother looking at the AC because of the issue so my maintenance call bill was able to be reduced.

We were introduced to Handy Bros at the Chatham Home and Garden Show. We had them service our home air conditioner. Their professionalism was outstanding - from the in-person contact to the visit by their technician! Nicholas was friendly and professional. We were impressed by his text prior to arrival which included his photo and biography. After completing the work, we were provided a detailed report that included before and after photos of the work performed. They live by their slogan of "home comfort done differently". We would recommend Handy Bros!

When you are in the market for an expensive appliance like heat pump it can get really hard to find a provider that you can trust for their honesty, support and service. I went through the same for months but it came to an end when I called Handy Bros. I sincerely want to thank these hardworking people who weren’t just super polite at every step & interaction but they checked all the other boxes like impeccable Responsiveness, knowledgeable staff and transparency through the process. Shoutout to installation experts George and David as well as Marty the sales person, you guys are excellent at what you do. Marty helped me with all my questions and concerns while George and David made sure that I was aware of everything they were doing during the installation. Highly recommend them as I can bet if you give them a shot You will Not be disappointed. Thank you once again!!

Excellent service- they were able to schedule me in the same day, and Kris was extremely thorough and professional. Fixed our main problem, did a full maintenance plus fixed a minor issue that had been ongoing since someone else installed the furnace 5 years ago! Very fair price, can't say enough good things about Handy Bros, glad I decided to try someone other than the big unrelianceable company the furnace came from.

Very professional staff, the 2 technicians who did the installation were very organized, approachable and ready to answer my questions… the installation process was actually an excellent experience.. my first time with handy brothers and I can only say “Top of the Line” service…from the initial meeting with Joel Morrison until the actual installation is done… Joel explained what to expect and answered the questions I had… the 2 installers cleaned up after finishing the job and made sure to explain our new systems..the installations were neatly done… excellent job…highly recommendable ..

Handy bro’s service was so quick, their way of communication is impressive before and after the service. The technician was very knowledgeable, and worked smoothly. He clicked picture and highlighted the defective parts of the machine and later send the copy report to the customer which is easy for the customer to know every detail.

We had Handy Brothers in to install a full heating and cooling system. Between booking, customer service and install everything was above expectation. The two gentlemen that did the install were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They did a complete walk through of the new systems and made sure everything was understood before leaving. Had to get a new water heater tank. Other was 20 years old and small drip from drain valve. From the guy who came and quoted price, took pics and initial meeting to the guy who came the next morning to install a new one all was very good. Friendly and helpful through the whole process. Price as well was about $350 better than another quote I got from different company. Installer had couple issues we had to deal with, no fault on him, just an older house. But he figured it out and did a good job. Thanks.

Handy Bros was great to deal with. I love that they call/text before coming and even send a photo of the technician that will be arriving! The technician was kind, even offering to bring in a treat for my dog at the end of the visit! The staff was thorough and knowledgeable and explained what was happening along the way. They offered options for suggested repairs that included pricing but they we're not pushy just honest about what could be expected if we didn't do anything and what would happen with every level of repair. I would highly recommend giving them a try!
Technician diagnosed my AC issue with a few phone calls for help. No big deal. Turns out it was a faulty breaker in my electric panel. I was quoted 700 to change it. I went and purchased a new breaker for 93 dollars and changed it myself in 10 minutes with the help of a youtube video. Not the technicians fault, he doesn't set the prices but I found it pretty absurd. Was also told my Ac is old and I should go with their monthly plan 140 for 10 years for new AC furnace and water heater. I felt like they are more focused on selling than helping people maintain their equipment for an affordable price.

Hello. The system for online booking was very easy to use. I was able to book the time I wanted. I received a confirmation called shortly after but was working and not able to answer. Checked my email but nothing came through. I was unaware of the cost for first appointment until driver was on route the text that gave me a picture of the worker was excellent it really helps with peace of mind. My Tech was great at communicating overall great experience.
Jess came to look at my air conditioner and she did a thorough job investigating the problem and giving me options.

The team at Handy Bros that serves the southwest are a pleasure to work with. They have been consistently prompt, reliable, friendly & competent whenever I have needed them. When my 12 year old Lennox air conditioner stopped working, Handy Bros was at my house the same day I called, on a Saturday of a long weekend, with a solution. When my water heater stopped working, they had a solution within 2 days. Handy Bros is as good as its advertising says, no strings, no hidden fees, just excellent products & service.
