I can't believe that you are trying to sell us upgrades to our new installed furnace and A/C of one year ago.
Why weren't they installed at that time. Don't York want to have the best for their equipment. To make their warranty last the 20 years you advertise. Sounds like a money grab to me. Heard feedbacks from your other customers. They are not please with these offers??????
Your service is by far the best. Ryan did a fantastic job. Explained and answered all my question professionally. You do have a great team of installer and follow up personnel. Ryan was professional, informative and very clean about his surroundings and work area.

Handy Bros came today for fall furnace maintenance. Dennis explained everything he was going to do and then started. He was pleasant, easy to understand and courteous. He went about his work with expertise. He explained his findings after finishing and what we should be aware of as our furnace is aging. Great job and customer service.

Handy Bros installed my HVAC system today and I can't say enough about how extremely pleased I am with this team and the job they did for me. From start to finish, it was perfect. Each representative and technician I dealt with were exceptional. They patiently explained everything to me making sure that I understood. Just truly good, friendly, respectful people. The day of the installation, I didn't quite understand how the unit would sit on the existing cement pad or on the plastic pad which they provide. So, Dave and Brandon placed the unit on the existing cement pad, then lifted it to put the plastic pad down and place the unit on it, just so that I can see and make my decision. OMG!!! And they were so patient doing all this. I felt so bad to put them through all that but, they assured me that it was okay because they wanted me to be to be sure with my decision.
I highly recommend this company.

I just recently had my furnaces and gas fireplace serviced as part of my bi-annual visit by Handy Bros. Candace did an exceptional job on all three, preparing my home for the winter months. I believe she is an important asset to the Handy Bros. Team!

I was a bit reluctant to try Handy Bros because I was thinking a larger company which advertises a lot would be like a Big Box store: Volume sales=lower prices=lower wages=high employee turnover=poor quality. I was wrong! The whole process of ordering and installing my central AC unit was nothing less than great experience. The installers were very professional, very neat and explained everything they did. Communication was excellent with the company. I'd give them a 5 star rating.

I understand that at times one has to wait in the answering que, but while on hold i had to listen to what was virtually an advertisement for Handy Bros. I must admit that after my not so good comment about the recording I had to listen to while waiting for customer service to answer, I was surprised to get a call back telling me that they heard me and removed the recording. Thank you.
Handy Bros has always given me prompt excellent service and I have no complaints and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Candace, a Technician from Handy Bros came to our home recently to carry out an annual inspection and service on our furnace. We asked her to do additional tasks cleaning the burners and the fan impeller. All the work was completed with thoroughness and we were provided with before and after photographs. I believe this additional work will extend the life of the furnace.

He took into consideration my lack of knowledge and respected my questions.
