Shoutout to Ryan for a job well done yesterday. As is typical of any of Handy Bros staff I’ve dealt with, he was professional, thorough, friendly, and well-mannered. This is my first time dealing with Handy Bros. They have been nothing but professional, honest and accommodating, taking an emergency situation and handling it quickly, efficiently and with care. Every staff member that I have spoken to or dealt with directly, from the first call to the home visit, has been friendly, compassionate and honest. The little extras that they do, like sending a picture and bio of the employee coming to the house in advance of their visit so you know who to expect, are the cherries on top. Would absolutely recommend that you give them a call with your HVAC needs!

Brady and Lexter were great! Polite, thoughtful and took care of our home. Brady had enough forethought to suggest a better location for our heat pump that wouldn't interfere with usage of our hot tub. They protected our flooring and worked in the cramped location where our furnace was situated. Brady went through all of the settings on the eecobee thermostat and walked through the installation with us. Great service!

Zero complaints or concerns! I highly recommend the company and their Tech's. They worked with integrity and care and made certain that I was aware of how my new equipment will operate before leaving. One day installation made my life easier. Both gentlemen were friendly and polite. Even my usually vigilant dog was calm while they were here! Thank you for a job well done!
