DELIGHTING Customers with Every Job
I’ve welcomed Handy Bros. several times into my home in the past and while those were smooth experiences, my experience this past weekend was rough.
The situation was centred around a condensate pump where a HB technician missed reconnecting a tube causing a mess of water in my basement. The condensate pump subsequently burnt out. Of concern to me was how the condensate pump was in working order prior to the maintenance visit and this functionality was also documented in the HB technician’s report.
While it’s hard to pinpoint the exact issue which caused the pump to burn out, because the burn out happened immediately after the routine maintenance visit, Handy Bros. replaced the pump at no cost to me.
I understand that mistakes happen. Sometimes things will be missed. What is most important to me is accountability and taking ownership of the situation. I can confirm that Handy Bros. made me whole following this unfortunate event. I do encourage Handy Bros. management to reiterate the importance of tidying up to their employees, but in the end, I am a satisfied customer.

Handy Bros came and cleaned my air ducts fast and efficiently. Clean and respective of my family and house. The next day they came to install equipment and they kept me in the loop with what was going on . Made sure to ask me any questions on where I wanted things. They kept it clean and respective to my property. They walked me through ever appliance after the installation showed me the ins and outs. Definitely Recommend The Bros from costumer service to install it’s all

A great experience from start to finish and also cleaned up their mess. Very good customer experience. Far better than Reliance any day of the week. They stay true to their motto of Home Comfort Done Differently.
Dan and his crew are absolutely amazing workers and amazing people. Their work ethic, professionalism personality surpassed my expectations. This team is by far the best team I’ve ever seen. They made sure I was updated on everything they were doing. Every time they finished the day, the house looked as though they had never been there. They absolutely cleaned everything. The work this team did when everyone else( I had 5 other companies come to give me a quote and they they all said they would not install a furnace because the crawl space was so tight) this team went out of their way to install the furnace/ central air ducks beautifully because they knew that was what I really wanted. I would never go with anyone else but with Handy Bros and after experiencing this team and company. I truly mean it when I say you guys are the BEST!!!!! A little advice for Handy Bros: make sure this team is always happy because they are the core of your company and you do not want to lose them. I absolutely love you guys!!!!!! AMAZING GUYS!!!!!!! Excellent service . Prices were affordable. They set up a loan arrangement for me and the payments were lower than expected. I had the furnace, tankless water heater and air conditioner heat pump installed. Units are extremely quiet. They cleaned up their mess after installation explained how everything worked. Definitely would recommend.
Had HandyBros come out for a heat pump install. They had the best price compared to others HVAC companies. They arrived early and got to work right away. The technician walked me through everything they’d be doing beforehand. They were professional and worked efficiently the whole time. The install looked great and they asked if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend them.
Great work, great communication, went above and beyond to ensure everything wasn't just installed properly, but my existing equipment was running as best it could. Really appreciated everything. Process was easy and prices were fair compared to competition.
I highly recommend Handy Bros for all your heating / cooling business and concerns . I have been with them since I purchased my home 2 yrs ago ~ they installed my Furnace and AC unit and I opted to sign up for their ongoing and very comprehensive service plan. I can't say enough about their wonderful customer service ~ so very friendly and helpful ~ from the ladies in the office to the Technicians that come out to do the checks and servicing ~ truly over the top ~ old school style !! Any questions I have are answered right away , service calls are scheduled super fast , the work is done very efficiently~ most important I trust them to provide honest, reliable prompt care and service. I know I'm in very good hands with this company. Give them a call ! You won't be disappointed and you'll be in very good hands.
Jamie and the entire Handybros team delivered exemplary service during the installation of my new furnace, heat pump, and hot water tank. The team arrived promptly as scheduled and executed a remarkably clean and efficient installation. The technician, Candace, was great! She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and provided extra support to help me register my thermostat on the ecobee app. Definitely recommend her!
