The HB Games — Terms and Conditions Effective Date: July 1st, 2025 By participating in The HB Games (“The Game”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. ELIGIBILITY • Participants must be legal residents within our serving areas [Chatham, Windsor, London, Sarnia, and between] and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. • Employees of Handy Bros., their immediate families, and affiliates are not eligible to participate. • Participation in the Game constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 2. HOW TO ENTER • Find a participating HB Magnet in a public place. • Scan the QR code on the magnet to be redirected to The HB Games landing page. • Watch Video #1 (Intro) and complete the entry form using your full legal name and valid contact information. • Upon successful submission, you will see the confirmation message: “Welcome to the HB Games” and receive a welcome email. • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries or false identities will result in disqualification and permanent ban from future participation. 3. DRAW & WINNER SELECTION • Draw countdown will be displayed on The HB Games Webpage. • Winners are selected at random from valid entries and announced via email, accompanied by Video #3 (Draw Video). • Winners have 24 hours from the time the draw email is sent to claim the prize by emailing the provided address. • If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours, it will be passed on to the next eligible participant. 4. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE • After confirming your win via email, you will receive Video #4 (Claim Notice) with instructions. • You must respond with your preferred date and time to visit HB Headquarters. • You have 2 weeks from the draw date to appear in person and take your winner photo. • Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the prize will be reassigned. 5. RULES OF PARTICIPATION • Only one entry per person using your legal name is permitted. • Collecting magnets is strictly prohibited. You must move the magnet to a new public location after scanning to keep the game fair. • Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the game (e.g., submitting multiple entries, withholding or hoarding magnets, falsifying information) will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from all current and future Handy Bros. promotions. • Handy Bros. reserves the right to verify all entries for authenticity. 6. PRIZE DETAILS • Prize types and values may vary per draw and will be disclosed in the “What’s Next” email. • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards. • Handy Bros. is not responsible for any taxes or additional costs incurred in claiming or using the prize. 7.
