andy Bros. Home Comfort – Events Entry Form Terms & Conditions 1) Consent to Contact:

By entering the contest, you agree to be contacted by Handy Bros. Home Comfort for marketing and promotional purposes, updates about this and future contests, and other related communications via email or SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time.

2) Eligibility:

The contest is open to residents of Ontario (excluding Quebec) who have attended our event booth.

3) How to Enter:

No purchase is necessary. To enter the contest: Fill out the ballot or entry form with your full and accurate contact information. Attend the event and visit the Handy Bros. Home Comfort booth.

4) Draw and Winner Selection:

One (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all properly completed entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must: a) Be successfully contacted via phone or email; b) Respond within one (1) business day; c) Confirm compliance with all contest rules; d) Release Handy Bros. Home Comfort, its affiliates, and promotional partners from any liability; e) Grant Handy Bros. Home Comfort the right to use their name and likeness for advertising without additional compensation.

If the selected entrant does not meet these conditions, is not reachable, or fails to respond in time, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

5) General Conditions:

By participating, all entrants agree to comply with these official rules. Handy Bros. Home Comfort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest in case of fraud, technical issues, or any other cause beyond reasonable control. Any attempt to tamper with the contest process or undermine the fair conduct of the contest may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

6) Verification:

All entries are subject to verification. Handy Bros. Home Comfort reserves the right to require proof of identity or eligibility, which must be provided in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

7) Use of Personal Information By entering, participants:

Authorize Handy Bros. Home Comfort to use their personal information for contest administration, marketing, and future promotional purposes; Agree to receive SMS messages from Handy Bros. Home Comfort related to the contest and other promotions.

8) Disputes:

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned the email address by the provider.
