DELIGHTING Customers with Every Job
Turns out Google only allows one review per business so Conner’s review gets to piggyback on Maddy’s review.
Conner came for my annual furnace inspection and was prompt and efficient. He went over the results and even had me listen to a clicking sound which are early signs of impending malfunction, which we could keep an eye on. But he went above and beyond when he offered to fix my wonky front door! After he left, I went to the basement to turn off the lights, and he had already done that. I was already highly impressed, but later, when I took out my garbage, I noticed he had found my outside bin and thrown the old filter into it. These are small actions but they show a lot of thoughtfulness and really left a big impression. It was great meeting and chatting with Conner this morning!
Two thumbs up for Maddy who spent most of the afternoon in 30 Celsius heat, to fix my very stubborn Air Conditioner. I appreciated her pleasant and service-oriented manner as she tracked down what turned out to be two separate issues. I also appreciated that it was a flat service fee for a problem I think we both expected to be a quick fix. Maddy has been here before for a regular maintenance call (a service I also appreciated) and was very thorough and diligent then as well.
She also gave me a furnace filter tip, metal threads facing furnace side (stronger side), when I asked if she could check if I had put it in correctly.
Prior to Maddy’s visit, Handy Brothers gave me a couple things to check first, in case it was something simple, to avoid a service call.
